When managing jobs, the status will change depending on the stage of the job:

Pending Jobs- Job created, all positions not filled.
- For example jobs that have been created but do not yet have an employee assigned to work.

Ready Jobs- job created, all positions filled, has not yet started.
- For example jobs that have been created and have an assigned employee but the first shift is upcoming.

Active Jobs- Job in progress
- For example jobs that are currently in progress (employee has been assigned).

Completed Jobs- Job has finished.
- For example jobs that have been created, filled and completed.

Cancelled Jobs- are jobs that have been stopped.
- For example jobs that have been created but unfilled and have been cancelled.
