To add your own custom Job cancellation reasons you will first need to create a tag library to add the reasons, and then turn on the Job Cancellation setting.
1. Create each of your tags e.g. Job Cancelled: Due to rain etc. Add new tags to the Tag Library.
2. In Platform Settings > System Settings. Update Tag Group Cancel Job Reason with the name of the tag group you just created.
6. Click Save.
Now when you cancel a job you will be able to select the reason. This will only be saved internally on the job details and will not be sent to candidates.
