Using foundU AI

The foundU AI tool is available on this page only and can be accessed quickly from the bottom right-hand corner. Simply select it to open.

From here, you will have 3 options:

  • Ask a question - This opens up the chat, where you can add your enquiry.
  • Search for help - Search the help centre directly for an article.
  • Login in to foundU - Use this to log in to your foundU platform.

To use the chat, simply type your question, and foundU AI will do all the hard work by searching both help centres to provide you with a tailored response.

When foundU AI answers your question, you may notice numbered sources included in the response. These numbers link directly to relevant help guides and articles, so you can easily view more detailed information if needed. This ensures the answers you receive are backed by trusted, up-to-date content from our help centres.

If you’d prefer support from one of our fantastic team members, that’s always an option. Simply ask foundU AI for more help or let it know you’d like to speak with support, and it will help connect you with our team by creating a ticket.
