Connecting Expr3ss! and foundU

When paired with foundU's workforce management platform, you can hire great-fit candidates faster, then use our integration to make onboarding smooth and efficient from day one.

Once you have an active account with Expr3ss!, contact your Expr3ss! account manager will set up the integration for you. 

The Integration process:

1. Once contacted, your Expr3ss! account manager will activate the integration on the Expr3ss! platform using the supplied customer foundU domain ( i.e expr3ss-demo.foundu.com.au).
2. Once activated, the Expr3ss! The Account Manager will send your nominated admin user an authorisation link (magic link) that prompts you to log in to foundU, initiate the authorisation process, and enable the integration between Expr3ss! and foundU.

Once the Integration is complete, you'll be able to push successful candidates directly into foundU. Follow up for the next steps on Pushing candidates from Expr3ss! into foundU.

Once a candidate has accepted an offer, you'll want to import this candidate and their details into foundU using the integration. Please note that this step is performed after the Initial Integration between the two systems. If your integration to Expr3ss! isn't yet configured, please contact your Expr3ss! account manager directly. 

Once set up, your Integration is ready to use immediately. 

Pushing a candidate into foundU:

1. Once a candidate has accepted an offer, you'll select the successful applicant(s) (via a checkbox) that you wish to import into foundU directly.
2. Next, navigate to the Export Applicants to foundU section within your Expr3ss! platform and select 'Export Applicants to foundU'.
3. Please review the candidate's data in the fields to be exported. Then complete any additional fields to be exported and pushed into your foundU platform. These are:
   • Location
   • Office code
   • Employee tags
   • Manager
   • Start date
     
       Hot tip: Tags from your foundU platform will be selectable from the Employee Tag drop-down. Selecting tags at this point will transfer them to foundu and attach them to that employee. If you have used tags to tailor different onboarding journeys, it's essential that these tags are applied at this step.
     
     

4. Once ready, select Export to foundU to successfully import applicants into foundU. Your new hires will then appear within foundU, ready for onboarding.

   

5. You'll be able to view and manage applicants from the Manage Exported Applicants page within Expr3ss!

   

Once in foundU, all candidates from Expr3ss! will then receive the foundU welcome email and be able to set a password and complete their onboarding.

How long will it take once I place a candidate for them to be visible in foundU?

Once you have brought across the successful candidate's profile, they should be able to be seen in foundU immediately, you'll likely need to refresh your screen.

Does Expr3ss! add additional costs for its features? 

No, unlike some other Applicant Tracking Systems that add costs for each feature or system integration, there are no hidden set-up or usage costs with Expr3ss!
