2. Receive Your Recruiter Shortlist - Within 24 hours, you will receive tailored bids from data-rich recruiter profiles. The TalentVine - foundU integration is a managed integration, meaning that once the initial setup is complete, there will be little to no management for the end user.

From time to time, you'll need to sync your new employees in foundU so they are accessible to you in TalentVine. Please note, this step is performed after the Initial Integration between the 2 systems. If you have not yet done this, please use the instructions above.

  You can choose to follow the steps in our Syncing candidates in TalentVine & foundU video below, or use the steps we have detailed below the video. Please note this video has no narration, so watch along on the screen navigation for helpful tips.

To sync candidates: 

1. Navigate to a current Job Posting in Talentvine, a modal will show when logging into TalentVine, showing you a list of all successful candidates and prompting if you would like to push them into foundU.
2. For successful candidates, ensure all the mandatory fields (as marked by an asterisk) are entered, and select Submit.
3. This will push this candidate into foundU and trigger a Welcome mail to be sent to them.
4. You will receive a confirmation message letting you know it has been successful.
5. For unsuccessful candidates, you can dismiss this modal either this time or permanently.

Once in foundU, all candidates from TalentVine will then receive the foundU welcome email and be able to set a password and complete their onboarding.

How long will it take once I place a candidate for them to be visible in foundU?

Once you have brought across the successful candidate's profile, they should be able to be seen in foundU immediately, you'll likely need to refresh your screen.

Can I bring all of my candidates for a job role across to foundU, as opposed to just the successful candidate? Then I can manage the hiring process within foundU.

This will depend on how you manage your business and what type of business you are.

For instance, for most direct employers hiring would be done through TalentVine, and you will only bring across your successful candidates.

However, if you have a labour-hire business, you'll likely be hiring as part of your casual pool of candidates and bringing multiple candidates across to foundU where you can then complete client-specific inductions, and onboarding etc. through foundU.
