Discovering actions made by different users within your foundU platform
Your foundU platform features a comprehensive User Action Log that records some of the key actions taken within the system and identifies the responsible users.
This allows you to track activities across various sections of your platform, including:
- Employee Portal
- Admin Portal
While you won't be able to identify every action from this feature, it is a great tool to use when investigating and troubleshooting commonly asked questions, like:
- Who created or updated the Operation Rates Book?
- Who updated this employee's tax details?
- Which admin user updated the employee's bank details?
- Who archived this roster and when?
- Who revoked this employee's app access?
- Who updated, deleted or created this award or position?
In this article, we will cover:
- How to navigate the User Action Log
- Exporting the information from the User Action Log
Permission warning: To view this data, you must have 'Access User Action Log' enabled in your user permissions.
Before using your User Action Log, it's important to know that this feature will not show you every action or micro-action taken within your platform. However, it can assist you with minor, common queries or issues that may arise, based on manual actions taken by your admins.
