This is an optional add-on and will be invoiced via Citation Group. You pay a one-off fee to be covered via the HR Advice Line package for 12 months.

If you require support with award interpretation, we're excited that you can now easily get trusted advice from a team of HR and employee relations experts.
You can ask questions about modern award interpretation and compliance, such as:

How do I contact the HR Advice Line, and who answers the phone?
The HR Advice team is available by phone 6 days a week — 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (weekdays) and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Saturday) (AEDT). If you call outside these hours, you’ll receive a priority callback on the next working day.
Once the service is added to your account, simply call the foundU customer support number listed in the Help Centre and select the option to transfer to the HR Advice Line.
Your call will be answered by an experienced HR and employee relations professional from Citation HR. The team is also supported by Accredited Specialist Lawyers at Citation Legal, giving you access to practical advice backed by legal expertise.
Can I choose which managers can access the HR Advice Line?
You can specify which team members can access the HR Advice line when you sign up.
When Citation HR answers the phone, they will ask for some qualifying details to make sure they're speaking with the right contact at your business.
