These updates are designed to make your STP experience more efficient and user-friendly.

New STP Submissions

Our revamped Single Touch Payroll submissions page offers a fresh new look and an array of new features and improvements.

• New intuitive user interface: Easier to view, edit, troubleshoot and submit STP packets in a user-friendly interface.
• Bulk STP submission: Submit multiple STP packets at once for increased efficiency.
• Review capability: Conveniently revisit and review submitted packets for reference.
• Quick filters: Access relevant information swiftly with our quick filter options.
• No more $0 payslips: Conditions that previously resulted in $0 payslips, like terminations or child support when an employee isn't paid, are now handled directly through STP, eliminating the manual process.
• Enhanced error troubleshooting: Simplified error identification and resolution for a smoother experience.

New STP Finalisations

The Single Touch Payroll Finalisations page has a fresh design, added functionalities, and refined features to ensure smooth sailing through End of Financial Year.

• New intuitive user interface: Navigate effortlessly through our user-friendly interface, designed with simplicity and clarity in mind.
• Comprehensive Finalisation Summary: Get a comprehensive overview of your finalisations at a glance.
• Inclusion of Fringe Benefits: New ability to add and review fringe benefits directly on employees from the finalisation page, ensuring accuracy and completeness in your payroll records.
• Resend Finalisation Email Notification: With just a click, easily resend finalisation email notifications.
• Switch between Ready and Finalised: Seamlessly transition between employees ready for finalisation and those already finalised.
• Separate Finalisation page: To prevent inadvertent finalisations, we've separated the finalisation page from the STP submissions page, providing added security and peace of mind.

All-New STP Report

A new one-stop-shop for Single Touch Payroll Reporting will be be available in your Financial Reports.

• New & improved design: New user-friendly STP report interface, designed to simplify your reporting tasks.
• Unified reporting: Enjoy the convenience of accessing both your Year-to-Date (YTD) and Line Item reports seamlessly merged into one comprehensive view.
• Instant access to STP Packets: Easily link to the STP packet that last reported each event, ensuring easy reference and audit trail continuity.
• Enhanced Employee YTD Breakdown: Gain deeper insights with an improved breakdown of employee YTD figures, providing clarity and transparency in your payroll data.
• Tailored reporting options: Customise your reporting display, adapting it to your specific needs and preferences.

New! Change STP Categories

You now have more control over how your data is being reported. You'll have the ability to seamlessly adjust STP categories yourself and assign them to a pay item, allowance, deduction, deduction type, and leave items. This editing capability can be managed through a new user permission.

Improved Employee YTD Insights

• Breakdown by Paying Entity and Income Stream: Gain a nuanced understanding of earnings and contributions with our refined breakdown, categorising YTD figures by Paying Entity and Income Stream.
