Email Delivery Issues in Gmail & Yahoo
We want to address an issue that may be affecting Users who utilise Gmail and Yahoo mail services. From 1 February 2024, both Gmail and Yahoo implemented stricter email sender guidelines to safeguard their users from spam. As a result, you might be encountering difficulties such as delayed or missing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) verification emails required to log in to foundU.
We want to assure you that this problem is not specific to foundU. It is a consequence of the recent updates implemented by Gmail and Yahoo. We understand the frustration this might cause, and we are here to assist you in resolving this issue.
To help you troubleshoot please follow the steps below:
1. Check spam folder: Make sure to check your junk mail or spam folders in your inbox. Many of you will find the email here.
2. Whitelist foundU's IP address: To ensure our emails reach your inbox ongoing, you need to add foundU's IP address to Allow Lists in Gmail/Outlook. This will designate foundU as a trusted sender, bypassing spam filters. If needed, consult your IT team for assistance.

foundU's IP address is 159.135.238.204
3. Activate SMS [Recommended]: We strongly advise enabling SMS for MFA verification codes. This is a reliable alternative method that helps ensure uninterrupted access to your foundU platform. We can assist you in activating SMS on your platform. View the full terms and sign up here.
Please feel free to share this information with your colleagues or direct them to our help page. If you have any further questions or require assistance, our dedicated team is available to support you.
Best regards,
The team @ foundU
