Now, when you create an adjustment payslip that changes the ordinary hours, whether it's an increase or decrease, the platform will automatically calculate and process the correct leave accrual amounts for you. This means you'll no longer need to manually handle this process.

A. Previously, if ordinary hours were decreased, leave accruals would not change automatically. It was a manual process to review and update the leave accrual amounts. With this latest update, it is now automated.
