Coming Soon: Security Update - User sessions to expire after 30mins of inactivity

The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requires Digital Service Providers like foundU to implement additional protections around sensitive financial information. 

Soon, foundU will automatically display a login form on all foundU pages when a user has become ‘inactive’ for 30 minutes. The change will affect users with the following permissions: 

• Manage Employee Financial Details 
• View Employee Pay Rates 
• Financial Reports 
• Access Pay 
• Access Award Tests 
• Access Superannuation 
• Access Single Touch Payroll Portal 

Resuming the session will be as straight-forward as entering the inactive user’s password. These changes will be released on Thursday 20 April 2023. Any questions, let us know!
