Don't stress, that email is to basically let you know that foundU is compliant and we're all in the new world now. The new and improved Single Touch Payroll portal makes for easier understanding of STP packets that need to be submitted. It's more intuitive with better tracking and troubleshooting. No longer will there be automatic STP submissions, every STP submission will be created ready for you to review and submit.

Approving New Employees Process Update

When approving new employees, you'll now be asked to assign a Manager, Office Code and set an Employment Start Date. You'll also need to set the Income Type for STP reporting purposes.
