Improvements to Deductions & Salary Sacrifice Settings

Based on your feedback, we have improved the set up of Deduction Types & Salary Sacrifice (Payroll Settings > Deductions) to make it more intuitive.

The page is now called 'Deductions and Salary Sacrifice'. Now when you 'Add' a new 'Type', you can choose either 'Deduction' or 'Salary Sacrifice' item, and then the relevant setting options will follow.
