Pay Hours and Leave Hours Approved includes Unpaid Leave (LWOP)

We have changed the total pay hours and breakdown when viewing your list of payslips on the Pay page to incorporate unpaid leave.

The total pay hours will now include leave without pay (LWOP) hours, and the breakdown will display Paid and Unpaid hours.

This will work the same in Approve Shifts. Unpaid leave will be included in leave hours approved per employee. 

 

Hot tip! Leave without pay can be set up to show on payslips. If not set up, the LWOP hours displayed in Pay and Approve Shifts will just be for your reference. Learn more.
