Add Comments to Payslips

You can now add comments to employees' payslips! When processing pays you can now click the 'Action' button next to any employee and 'Add a Comment' to their payslip. This will only show on the individual's payslip. Once added you can easily 'Edit Comment' to update or remove it. Enjoy!
