New Reporting Categories for Allowances 

Here begins our STP Phase 2 journey! Over the next few months, we will send you tasks to help you become STP Phase 2 compliant. Please stay up to date on actions you need to take to reduce your workload as we approach the due date, and refer to the roadmap below.

Task 1Update your Pay Items and Allowances Settings

We've updated the settings in Pay Items & Allowances to cater for the new reporting requirements for STP Phase 2. Go into 'Pay Item & Allowances' in 'Awards & Agreements' and update any settings with the ATO pill  to suit your business. Click the button below for step-by-step instructions on what you need to do. 

This isn't mandatory right now, but we recommend you update them as we drip feed the reporting requirements to you to save time later on.
