Archive Leave types you no longer need

Keeping your platform tidy just got easier. You can now archive any leave types you no longer use, right from Payroll Settings > Leave Configuration, with the option to restore them anytime if you change your mind.

Archived leave types are removed from view when adding leave to an employee, approving shifts, creating new applications, or adding to a payslip, so your team only sees the options that are actually active. Don't worry, any existing leave applications tied to an archived type will still pay out as expected, and your processed leave reports won't be affected.

We've also given the leave listing page a refresh, with a new table layout showing key details for each leave type at a glance, plus a new 'with/without leave' filter on the People page so anyone can quickly see which leave types are assigned to which employees.
