Compliance Expiry Notices for Employees

A new 'Compliance Expiry' and 'Upcoming Expiry' notification will now appear in the Employee Portal and App for expired and soon-to-expire compliances. This update will help employees stay compliant by easily actioning any qualifications, licences, or inductions that need to be updated.

If there are compliance records that are no longer in use in your platform, you may find that these trigger expiry notifications. To help reduce unnecessary notifications, we recommend taking a moment to review and clean up any compliance records that are no longer needed.
