Alongside the upcoming upgrades to roster status tracking and colour codes, we're introducing a more intuitive and efficient way to select employees for shifts when rostering. This release focuses on improving employee selection criteria, providing greater visibility into who can and cannot be rostered, and offering faster insights to help you identify and resolve rostering blockers with ease!

What's in it for you:

• Roster with confidence: Instantly see employee eligibility and blockers so you can assign shifts efficiently and make quick adjustments when needed.
• Faster decision-making: View applied filters, criteria, and shift requirements upfront to save time.
• Fewer surprises: Spot conflicts early and resolve them before publishing your roster.

Key features:

• Employee status visibility: When adding or editing shifts, you’ll now see an employee’s work status at a glance - including employees typically hidden because they're unavailable or ineligible. You will see employees that are Available, Unavailable, On leave, or Blocked.
• New 'Blocked Employees' toggle: You can toggle Blocked Employees visibility when creating shifts. Blocked states include: 
  • Roster Requirement missing (compliance or tag)
  • Shift Requirement missing (compliance or tag)
  • Operation Exclusion or Exclusive
  • Shift Conflict

• New shift  summary: After you enter shift details, view a concise summary with your selected criteria before adding to your roster to ensure everything looks right.
