Foreign Income Tax (FEI) now supported

Foreign tax calculations for FEI marked employees are now supported in the platform ensuring accurate tax treatment. 

You can now calculate foreign tax for employees that earn taxable foreign income. FEI employees can have a foreign tax percentage set, splitting Australian PAYG from foreign tax requirements. Pay edits and reporting have also been updated to facilitate split taxation.
