We’re excited to announce that adding notes to your roster has become easier than ever! We’ve enhanced the process for adding Day Notes and Weekly Notes. Here are the key improvements: 

• More Intuitive: The experience for adding notes is smoother.

• Visible/Hidden Daily & Weekly Notes: You can now include an 'Admin Note' (visible only to admin users) and/or an 'Employee Note' (visible to staff) for both Day and Weekly Notes, giving you greater flexibility in communication. 

• Ongoing Weekly Notes: Weekly Notes can now be set as 'Ongoing' for continued relevance or set as a one-off note for that specific week only. 

• Important Change: Please note that 'Roster Note' has been renamed to 'Weekly Note'.
