This centralised report provides a summary of any pay variances for employees, enabling you to minimise errors in payroll processing. You can easily drill down into detailed information to investigate variances, making it an excellent pre-payroll check before you finalise payroll and ensuring a better experience for everyone involved.
Key Features:
- Pay Variances Summary: High level overview of variances in one single report.
- Compare Pay Periods: Easily compare payslips from 2 different periods for draft and/or generated payslips.
- Customisable View: Filter your report to meet your specific needs, such as employment types and conditions, office codes and operations.
- Detailed Insights: Use this report to check for variances in $ and hours, missing employees, instances of overpayment, comparisons between payslips and more.
- Display Options: Select your display to show line items, hide employees with no variance, display hours or $ only and more.
- Shortcuts to Payslips and Award Test: Easy compare payslips and click through to Award Tests to further investigate discrepancies. You can now also compare two non-consecutive periods e.g. last year to this year.
- Easy Exporting: Quickly export the report to CSV for external analysis.
