Coming Soon! Centralised Deductions Management

The new Deductions page is designed to revolutionise the way you manage employee deductions! Here's just some of what you can expect soon: 
  • Deductions Management Page: New user-friendly interface to easily set up and oversee deductions from one place. 
  • More Control: Manage deductions for employees in bulk, set start and end dates for deductions, easily track one-off and recurring deductions, and easily view active or ended deductions. 
  • Centralised System: Deductions will no longer need to be managed within individual employee profiles (except Protected Earnings/Child Support) but are linked back for easy reference and auditing. 
  • History and Balances: Track the history of each deduction, monitor balances, and manage protected earnings. 
  • Export: New export eliminating the need for a separate Unprocessed Deductions report.

This is a major improvement to the way you currently manage deductions. You'll still be able to manage deductions on employee profiles, but will soon have access to a centralised location (accessible through the new Deductions menu under the Pay menu) with added features that significantly simplify deduction management tasks.
