The holiday season can be a busy time for everyone. We can help you understand your workplace rights and obligations during this holiday season.

Everyone who registers for this webinar will receive a link to a pre-recorded version after the session has ended. This recording will be available for 14 days following the webinar.

The webinar will cover:

 
  • Workplace rights and entitlements during the holiday season, including public holiday entitlements, close downs and directions to take annual leave. 
  • The public holidays for each state and territory,
  • The rules around working additional hours, and 
  • How to access some of our key tools and resources, including our Pay and Conditions Tool to help you calculate minimum penalty and overtime rates of pay.
