Release Notes - July 2023

Improvements & New features 

• Consistent payslip ID in all reports – older reports were using the ID of the PDF which differs from the payslip. All reports now use matching payslip ID to the Pay page.
• Improvement to export job function in Rate Rise Tool - the exports of larger data sets on the Rate Rise Tool will now be possible.  Users will also receive enhanced feedback when it’s taking a while to export and can leave the page for the export to appear in their notification bell when done.
• Fair Work Information Statement - updated the Fair Work Information Statement across all platforms to the latest July 2023 version.
• Licence number input characters - updated licence number field validation to allow the entry of hyphens. 
• Allowance and Deduction Importer support for a monthly period - the date selection for period end on the allowance and deduction import page has been updated so that monthly payslips can have items imported against them. 

Bug fixes 

• Clock Log location markers - fixed an issue that was preventing the Clock Log location marker from showing/zooming when clicking on an entry within the Clock Log Locations map view.   
• Unfilled shifts on Dashboard - fixed an issue that was causing the position to not display for an unfilled shift that was created from an expired or declined offer. 
• Archived employees showing as active - fixed an issue that was causing archived employees who have been reactivated and re-terminated to show in the list of active employees. 
• Employee unable to sign document - fixed an issue preventing employees from successfully signing documents where the document title had whitespace at the beginning.
• PDF User Action Log - fixed an issue that was preventing users from exporting a PDF copy of the User Action Log.
• Data Source Date Display - fixed a display issue on the Data Source “edit” screen, where the timestamp was being displayed in UTC and causing inconsistencies for the roster.
• Roster Template Profile Photos - fixed an issue that was causing the wrong user profile photo to display as the photo against the roster template creator.
• Roster Timesheet Variance PDF - fixed a display issue with the PDF export of the Roster Timesheet Variance report to ensure the start date displayed is the start of the roster week. 
• Corrected shifts with no end time being filled from the home page - fixed an issue that was preventing shifts with an ‘Until Required’ end time from utilising the unfilled shifts feature on the home page.
• Fixed issue with restoring archived positions - archived positions that were not at the top of the list were not able to be restored due to an issue with the button. This has been resolved.
• Correct preset date filters on Award Test page - fixed date options like “this” and “last” financial year were not behaving dynamically and updating for the new financial year. This has been resolved.
• Allowances for specific operations - fixed an issue that was allowing employees to select allowances that were set up for specific operations where they had not worked.
• Loading Roster Template - fixed an issue that was preventing available roster templates from displaying in the 'Load a Roster' modal on the roster.  
• Locking rosters - fixed an issue that was causing some rosters to remain unlocked when attempting to lock all rosters for a period. 
• Expiring Documents Report - fixed an issue with the Expiring Documents Report that was preventing 'Drivers Licence' from being an available Qualification Type filter.
• Profile allowances - fixed an issue that was populating the 'QTY' field to be 0 when attempting to create or edit an allowance to have a blank QTY value.
• Correctly allow removal of casual position end date - fixed a bug that was preventing an end date from being removed from a casual position when no validation reasons existed that should prevent it. 
• Enforce working day selection for Monthly employee work pattern - validation added to prevent a user not selecting at least one working day when setting up a work pattern for a monthly employee. Previously this did not occur, and then no monthly payslip would get created for this employee.
