Improvements & New features
- Clock settings validations – Updated clock settings to only allow possible settings, eg allowing up to the number of minutes in a day for shift snapping. Previously values exceeding realistic, or times a user might expect times were possible.
- Employee Manager Selection - Updated the Manager selection list on employee profiles to have a blank option that is displayed when no manager has been selected.
- Hours not associated to a position rule flagged in award test results - hours that are approved but not able to be associated with any position rule now appear in their own section on the award test results. This makes it clear as to why an employee may be getting paid a smaller number of hours than approved.
- Scenarios on award test page expanded to a fortnight - when creating a timesheet to test position rules in the scenario tab of award test page, users can now add times for two weeks.
- Compare multiple positions on scenario tab of award test - users can now choose to add multiple positions when creating mock times to test award setup.
- Choosing an award now mandatory upon allowance creation/edit - when setting up an allowance or pay item a user can no longer accidentally create one that isn’t applied to an award. When created in this way the allowanced couldn’t be used.
- Shift penalties assigned to cost codes - Improved how shift penalties are assigned cost codes. When cost codes have been applied to a shift, applicable shift penalties (or part thereof) will be allocated the cost code for the time range they were earned in.
- Leave Setting Update - Simplified the wording around the “leave can be requested from setting” (in relation to timesheets, submit shifts etc). The leave setting will now state “can employee apply for this leave type?“. If yes is selected – then an employee can apply for this leave anywhere on the platform (time off, submit shifts, timesheets). If no is selected - then this is an admin-only leave type and only an admin can apply that leave type to the employee from anywhere on the platform.
- Allowance accrual added to payslip export: When exporting payslips, users will now have the option of including the total accrued allowance and the total accrued allowance amount.
- Recalculate Salary Sacrifice percentage after allowance or deduction import - when the paycycle allowance or deduction import tool is used, paycycles set with a salary sacrifice percentage will increase/decrease based on the new amount after import.
- Pinning Roster Overview - Added a new display option for the roster, that controls the position of the roster overview (statistics and buttons) as users scroll.
- Report Centre PDF Exports - Added a 'generated at' date and time to the page footer of PDF exports to assist users in identifying the latest report version.
Bug fixes
- Used by # of employees count on deductions page corrected - fixed an issue that was causing an inaccurate count of employees using the deduction type to display.
- Timesheet file deleting - Fixed an issue that was preventing employees from deleting files from their submitted timesheets.
- Break length and LMR - Fixed an issue that was causing break lengths to display on their own row on the Labour Management Report. The break length will now be visible on a single row with other shift information, or where a shift is separated by cost code, the break will be with the part during which it was taken.
- Labour Management Report Grouping - Fixed an issue with the ‘Group By’ options in the Labour Management Report that was causing the first grouping to be ignored when using the 'Specific Dates' option.
- Display the operation trade name on the people working today report.
