- Warning for leave when creating a manual payslip – Introduced a warning with new leave for users creating a manual payslip for an employee who still had a pending leave request in the period. This warning was very eager to show, and was popping up as soon as you opened a manual payslip before you even chose employee and period end. This banner will now only display when intended.
- Allowances and Reimbursements added in Approve Shifts – The weekly items options for Allowances and Reimbursements was relying on the employee having the setting for submit shifts enabled, to push the weekly items to the payslip. This is now fixed and no longer reliant on that setting being on.
- Disabling save button when applying position rules - When applying rules from one position to many, you could excitedly click the save button, this would end up adding new rate labels to operation rates book many many times. Stopped this from happening and cleaned up any incorrect data.
- <” or “>” was correctly displaying within the platform or employee profile, the greater than and less than characters should now display correctly as “<” and “>”.
- Comm - Upcoming Birthdays token not filling with employee data - Comm 122 that is triggered when an employee is celebrating their birthday was not including the additional information that an admin may need if the employee’s age affects their rate of pay. This comm now displays all expected info.
- Credit note with wrong header – The second page of credit notes was pretending to be normal invoices, this header has been fixed.
- Warning for minimum rate on position – When you had 3 decimals vs 2 at play setting up a position you could get a message telling you that a rate had to be at least x rate, but you’d already set that exact rate. While you could still progress the warning was causing confusion. This will no longer display incorrectly.
