Improvements & New features

  • View breakdown on paid data - The view breakdown function that opens on payslip/timesheet in the award test page is now available on paid payslips and timesheets.
  • Searching Partial ID’s and Names - Search bars now allows partial match of employee info (first, middle, last name, nickname and employee ID).
  • Select Manager/User as ‘Reply To’ email from Bulk Actions > Email Filtered/Selected in People menus - A User will now be able to select from a list of admin users as the 'Reply To' email. Simply select 'Custom - select an admin user' and then chose from the dropdown.
  • Employee Filter in Custom GL - foundU platforms with Custom GL will now be able to filter by Employees.
  • Partial Public Holiday Pill – Partial Public Holidays now show in employee portal leave application.
  • UX improvement to the leave date selection workflow.
  • Add badge alongside primary sales figure in roster analytics.
  • Open roster budget tool to week currently being viewed on roster.
  • Display 15 minute sales data on the roster as a tooltip.
  • Speed up editing of processed payslips.
  • Pending invoice PDF - Pending invoices now generate a draft PDF accessible in one click. Previously you'd have to go into edit mode, and generate a preview to see invoices in draft.
  • Pending invoice deletion - Invoices deleted while in pending will now display in the "deleted" tab and will have a distinct pending status and pending ID as opposed to invoice ID.
  • New communication template - “Resend Shift Offer Message Template” that can be used to send automated email and SMS reminders of shift offers that have not yet been accepted/declined or expired. Complete control over what days and times the automated notifications are to be generated and sent.
  • Additional controls to approve and adjust clocked times - The auto-approval threshold has been expanded from a single control to 4 individual controls that will now allow shifts automatically approved where the employee has clocked in early or late and clocked out early or late. Added the same flexibility to the settings for what time should be used as the approved time (i.e. should it be the rostered shift time or should it be the clocked time).
  • Can now ‘pin’ comments on the profile of Employees and Operations.
  • Improved the styling of input fields for employee onboarding, this should make onboarding easier and faster. Feedback was that employees often didn’t realise they’d missed a field or two.
  • Onboarding email workflow for new candidates where an admin has initiated the candidate profile - The first email candidates receive will now be an email advising they have been invited to work for the company with a link to set up their password. Clicking the link will take them directly to the password reset form and will have their email address pre-populated. This change offer a more seamless onboarding experience for candidates who were created by an admin.
  • An improvement has been made to the Clock Log page so that if the user does not have permission to view an operation or employee, the name of the respective profile will not be hyperlinked.
  • Added tool-tips to the roster budget graph in roster analytics to explain what the section represents.
  • “Cost” is no longer used as terminology on the roster - References to “cost” have been updated to “wage” or “rate” depending on how users have the “Display rates in roster efficiency” setting configured.
  • Office Codes and Tag Groups are now respected for comms locations.
  • Speed when updating a processed payslip – Improved processing speed and added comment to show that it’s saving.

 Bug fixes

  • Partial Public Holiday Leave Bug - Bug fix to allow employees to take leave over Partial Public Holidays. The platform will treat these as normal days when it comes to employees applying for leave. 
  • Monthly Leave Error - Monthly employees were seeing a 500 error when applying for leave. This has been resolved.
  • Exceed Max number of hours in one week Leave Error - Employees that were applying for leave during a week where there were public holidays were getting an error showing that they had exceeded their max hours in one week even if they had not. This has been resolved and employees can apply up to their work pattern hours per week.
  • Timesheets comments – Increased character limit for employee comments on timesheets and fixed issues with displaying on admin and operations portals.
  • Fixed issue with certain custom fields not saving on employee card.
  • Fixed issue with roster budget chart - now showing in roster analytics.
  • Fixed issue for long roster name formatting on roster filter.
  • Fix for “%” sign displaying incorrectly in roster analytics.
  • Fix for onboarding error causing employees to be logged out.
  • Fix for SMSF details not being accepted in onboarding.
  • Leave Application Balance - Fixed a display issue where in some cases entitlements would display available balance when applying for leave due to configuration options, this has been corrected so balances are always accurate.
  • Pagination of Leave on Roster - better loading of leave applications on roster page.
  • Fixed an issue where employees applying for leave in the week prior to public holidays were seeing a warning that they’d exceeded their weekly leave hours. Daily leave breakdown now correctly calculates number of hours per week where a public holiday occurs or falls within a leave application.
