  • Deduction export/import - from the paycyle page you can export deductions, edit or add, and re-import.
  • Bugfix for entering ongoing availability for a partial period on different days.
  • Bugfix for Leave Liability Report.
  • Reports can now be sorted chronologically when clicking on report header for date to sort.
  • STP finalisation tool will not default to current year until August.
  • Pending shift import - ability to export pending shifts in approve shifts, make changes, and export back in as approved/declined.
  • Operation Contacts Export - Report now includes both contact numbers:  Mobile and Landline.
  • Onboarding Improvements - Provide an error status when registration fails due to an existing email address.
  • Payroll Tax Rate now allows up to four decimals.
  • Bugfix for employee onboarding process sorting incorrectly - when filtering employees in Pending People by progress, it now correctly sorts by completion %.
  • Bugfix for operation CRM file upload button size and modal.
  • Bugfix for Reimbursements in Approve Shifts - approvers name is now displayed and the date is the date of the most recent event.
  • Bugfix for Payslip totals only showing first page as pay total.
  • Admins can now add and display multiple indefinite admin announcements on a platform.
  • New Alert for overnight shifts in progress when a rate rise occurs.
  • Bugfix for Debtor Management Report duplicating values on threshold days.
  • Rosters improvement with the Times and Positions now being right aligned.
  • Custom Public Holiday pills will now display on rosters.
  • Improvements to Rate Rise Tool to assist with selecting correct dates to process.
  • Icon Update - Bell Icon has replaced speech bubble in modal when generating data.
  • Admin users will now be logged out after twelve hours from initial login.
  • Bugfix for Employee App upcoming roster issues.
  • Bugfix for STP YTD report not pushing through changes to allowance reporting types.
  • Bugfix for Shift offer error.
